Explosive Comic was originally assembled in 2001 by Mark Laliberte and tucked away until now. This meta-comic/visual poem was meticulously built one panel at a time. Laliberte refers to the comic was a score for a sound poem. Sonic in nature, the sequence is driven by the mental kinetics that goes into enlivening a reading of cryptic story tags, pain-laden word bubbles and combustible sound captions.
